Q: How long does delivery take? A: Total estimated delivery is 5โ€“12 business days โ€” 1โ€“2 days processing plus 4โ€“10 days shipping time.

Q: Is there a cut-off time for same-day processing? A: Yes โ€” our daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed before this time may be processed the same business day.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping is a flat $9.95 for orders under $199.00. Orders over $199.01 qualify for free shipping.

Q: Which couriers do you use? A: We ship with trusted carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and other local courier services, depending on your location.
