Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Fantasy Pro, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@fantasypro.us to initiate a return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fantasypro.us with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability. Delivery times for replacements may vary by location.

5. No Restocking Fees

Fantasy Pro does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.

7. Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale & clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
